Although Art Deco is one of the most celebrated design movements of the twentieth century, the painters and illustrators of the day, and their work, are often forgotten when talking about the period. Yet it was their works of art that showcased and marketed the mass produced goods of that monumental era. It was their powerful imagery that convinced us of a better tomorrow.
